iFile and iCleaner work on iOS 7 but Springtomize won't. I was able to download iFile, iCleaner Pro and Springtomize 2 without any problems. Cydia works great but still has weird bugs since it isn't quite ready yet. Some people have said they've gotten stuck on the Apple logo or even worse, received a trojan from the software. You just plug in your device and run the software. It was very easy to use and took very little time and effort.
